With an EMR (experience modifier rate) of 0.91 (in 2020) and no OSHA recordables in the last 17 years, it is evident that our emphasis on safety has proven effective.
To help maintain these measures, site specific safety and environmental plans are developed and implemented prior to mobilization.
Employee & Subcontractor Requirements
Employees and subcontractors are required to have specialized training as it relates to their specific jobs, prior to arriving on the location. In addition to pre-job training, daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are performed for the various tasks that will occur that day.
MSA Requirements

SSO requires each subcontractor to sign and keep current a MSA which insures that the subcontractor’s safety procedures are in-place and meet SSO’s standards and that the subcontractor’s insurance is current and of the amounts required by the clients.
