Ben Romo

Petroleum Engineer

Mr. Romo graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (CSM). His area of interest at CSM was in geology and reservoir engineering. He worked with Winter Ridge Energy E&P, LLC and with BJ Services Company. Ben has experience in workovers, AFE preparations, procedures, well schematics, cementing procedures, decline curve analysis, water flood analysis, fracturing procedure and analysis acquired in 800 wells in the Mid-continent region. Mr. Romo will be assisting with CO2 enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects, reservoir simulation for EOR, Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES), CO2 sequestration, and project work with salt cavern drilling and solution mining for gas storage. He is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; with skills in Visual Basic for application and black oil simulators.
