Mr. Reina has over 30 years experience with designing, coordinating drilling, completion, and plugging programs on Class 1 and Class 2 wells in Texas and Louisiana. His has experience that includes responsibility for field supervision and coordination as well as cost control and post-well analysis.  His experience also includes interaction with state and federal agencies pertaining to permitting and procedural approvals. Mr. Reina has designed drilling, cementing, casing, drilling fluid hydraulics, and logging procedures for both land and offshore wells.
