Tim R. Bauer, P.E.

Mr. Bauer has over 26 years of domestic and international experience as an Engineer responsible for project development, implementation and oversight.  As VP of Engineering of a measurement and equipment firm, responsibilities included development of complete engineering packages and project management for skid fabrication, precision flow elements and ASME code vessels.  Responsibilities have included determining and administering optimal staffing requirements, budgeting, and compensation as well as management of the design and scheduling. Extensive experience with Plant/process Modularization and skid utilization, as well as Project Lifecycle Standards development for execution of engineering projects.  Experience includes Project Management, electrical and instrumentation engineering and design aspects of developments in North America and the Middle East, and includes refinery, petrochemical, underground storage and environmental projects.
