Mr. Cosio has 43 years experience in all phases of construction and supervision for the proper control and operation of cavern draw-down and fill, subsurface engineering activities and crude oil accountability. He also designed and implemented methods and devices to increase workover efficiency. Developed, designed and constructed salt water disposal wells and LPG storage wells during most of his career. He has experience in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.
