Mr. Pereira has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the management, engineering, and operation of upstream oil and gas production projects (onshore and offshore), underground storage/disposal projects (salt and porous formations), solution mining for brine production for chlor-alkali plants, mineral exploration and production (halite, potash, trona, and nahcolite), and offshore oil well testing, completion and stimulation. Experience includes technical and commercial aspects of projects in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and includes caverns specifically designed to store crude, refined liquid products, natural gas, waste, and compressed air. Fluent in Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
