Sabine Personnel Experience
Harry G. Allison, P.E.
President
Mr. Allison graduated from the University of
Texas-El Paso in Metallurgical Engineering and has 30 years of experience in the
management, design, engineering, construction (including drilling and workover
operations), and operations of underground hydrocarbon storage related projects. He has
been responsible for all project phases from engineering, permitting, specification,
procurement, on-site construction management and inspection, facility start-up, operator
training, and operations of facilities. He has directed the growth of Sabine Storage & Operations, Inc. into a significant leader in the energy infrastructure industry. Mr. Allison's past project experience includes
directional drilling into depleted gas sands, storage cavern re-entry, large hole (48”
diameter) drilling for salt storage caverns, salt-water disposal well remediation and re-
completions, and high-volume water well workovers. He has experience in depleted
reservoir evaluations in South Texas (Coy City Field). He has experience with permitting
for projects in Southern California, Texas, Kansas, and Louisiana. Mr. Allison is skilled
at managing complex fast-track projects calling for extensive cost and scheduling
planning/control and the coordination of major subcontract services. He is past President
of the Solution Mining Research Institute (SMRI) and held various other volunteer
positions in the SMRI.
