Manager, Civil/Structural Engineering & Project Manager

Mr. Williams has 35 years of experience in civil/structural engineering design and design management for manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, power plant, pipeline and oil and gas storage projects.  Experience includes design of civil/structural engineering aspects of projects, management of design teams, field design and construction support.  Responsibilities consist of providing scope and criteria for design, reviewing calculations and geotechnical reports, designing structures and foundations and supervising the design and drafting for projects.
