Franklin M. Cantrell Jr.

Mr. Cantrell is an electrical engineering graduate of the University of Tennessee, he joined East Tennessee Natural Company in 1949, and was promoted to vice president by 1965. From 1965 to 1967 he served as senior vice president and director of Mississippi River Transmission Corporation. Mr. Cantrell was in charge of sales and supply, new products and rate matters. In 1967 he became one of the founders of and continues as president of ENCON, Sabine Gas Transmission Company, and Sabine Gas Operating Company.
