Extensive experience with pipeline operations and construction. Excellent skills in time management, analyzing and problem solving, communication and interpersonal relations, technical writing, and computer applications. Good knowledge of DOT, EPA, OSHA, State, and other agency regulations. Experience with emergency and spill response, waste management, facility compliance audits, permitting, SPCC/Oil Spill Contingency Plans, Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Engineering.
